| Blood Pressure Screening Free blood pressure clinics are held from September to June as follows: The second Monday of each month at the Library from 7:30 to 8:30 pm. The second Wednesday at Borough Hall from 10 am to noon. The third Wednesday at Brookside Village from 10 to 11 am. 2004 Dogs and Cats Registration Your pets licenses expire 12/31/2003 You must renew your pet license no later than January 31, 2004. Multiple dogs can be submitted on one form and multiple cats can be submitted on one form.
